Snake River CrossFit offers 3000 square feet of community, fitness and fun. Their fitness programming aims to improve your capacity in ten recognized fitness domains:

At Snake River CrossFit, you will not find any machines. Instead you'll find a lot of open space to run, jump, swing kettlebells, flip tires and throw things. Don't worry if some of these movements look unfamiliar or intimidating, absolutely every body is welcome. All of the workouts are universally scaleable - meaning someone without any fitness background can complete the same workout as an elite athlete. When the clock starts, everyone works together, but loads, reps and intensity may differ depending on your needs and fitness level. Their diverse community includes fire fighters, police officers, full-time moms, accountants, medical professionals, elite athletes, business executives, students and retired grandparents.
